2009 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
MONTHLY MEETING: $750
- Up to 3 minutes of podium time at ONE of our Monthly Meetings¹, plus a display table with draping in the meeting networking area and 2 complimentary meals.
- One-time use mailing labels for our entire member directory (over 1000 members)
- 50-word “Thank you from our sponsor” email sent to entire membership following each event. The 50 words are your opportunity to thank the members for attending, and provide a link to your website.

BI-COUNTY MEETING: $2,000
- Up to 3 minutes of podium time at our Bi-County meeting in August, held in conjunction with the Miami Chapter (GMSHRM) plus a display table in the networking area.
- One-time use mailing labels for our entire member directory (over 1000 members)
- 50-word “Thank you from our sponsor” email sent to entire membership following each event. The 50 words are your opportunity to thank the members for attending, and provide a link to your website.

MEDIA PACKAGE: $1,000
- A scrolling Banner with placement in the Sponsor section on our popular redesigned web site for the remainder of 2009.

WORKSHOP PROGRAM: $300
- Display table with draping inside networking area
- 1 minute of podium time at workshop
HR CONNECT: $300
- A table display with marketing materials at one of our HR Connect events that raises money for a local non-profit charity.
¹Monthly meetings include January, February, March, April, May, June, July, September and November. Other months are “Premier Events” (August: Bi-County; October: Conference; December: Holiday Party).
